Caliber's Service Center in Akron is hiring an experienced collision repair technician to restore vehicles to factory specs. You will blueprint and execute repairs, handle panel and structural work, and ensure quality reassembly with attention to safety.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision.
• Handle full collision repair from dents to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
