Caliber Newport is seeking skilled auto body technicians for our Service Center in Newport, Oregon. You will perform precise, factory-spec repairs on collision-damaged vehicles using modern equipment and collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how—pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality—Blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail—tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job—you can lift up to 50lbs.
• Team-first attitude—collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to bring components back to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the process.
• Keep the work area clean and safe.
