Caliber’s Service Center in Oregon is seeking a skilled collision repair technician. You will perform full collision repairs, including frame and structural work, with a team-focused approach to deliver high-quality results.

Qualificações

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural repair skills to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint and repair right the first time.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented with collaboration across shop roles.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsabilidades

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs without guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from minor to major repairs.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore alignment.
• Quality reassembly with precise fit and finish.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
