Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square components.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Attention to detail: tightened bolts, precise welds, clean finishes.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with accuracy.
• Handle full collision repair from minor dings to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and finish aesthetics.
• Work cooperatively with team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
