Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame/structural repair knowledge; able to pull, straighten, and square.
• Quality-focused with no shortcuts; detail-oriented mindset.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team player who collaborates with painters, estimators, and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision; no guesswork or shortcuts.
• Handle full collision repair from dents to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move cars through the shop efficiently.
