Caliber Collision is seeking skilled collision repair technicians at our Bel Air Service Center. You will blueprint and execute precise repairs across a range of collision damage, from minor dents to frame rebuilds, ensuring factory specs and quality finishes.

Qualifications

• At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how: pull, straighten, and square it up.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it, fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail: tightened bolts, perfected welds, no excuses.
• Physically fit for the job: lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude: collaborate with the painters, estimators, front office staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute—No guesswork, no shortcuts—clean, precise repairs.
• Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
