Job summary

Caliber is seeking skilled collision repair technicians in the United States. You will repair vehicles from fender benders to full frame rebuilds with a focus on precise blueprinting, quality welds, and safe, efficient workmanship.

Team collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office is essential to move cars through the shop. We value hands-on experience, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how, able to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality: blueprint it and fix it right the first time.
• Sharp eye for detail with tightened bolts and quality welds.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working safely.
• Team-first attitude, collaboration with painters, estimators and front office.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision and no shortcuts.
• Perform full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Handle panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Collaborate with team to move cars through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
