Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural know-how, with ability to pull, straighten and square.
• No-shortcuts mentality with attention to bolts, welds and tolerances.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work as part of a team.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision, no guesswork.
• Handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Perform panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly with proper fit and finish.
• Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
