Team collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office is essential to move cars efficiently while maintaining safety. The role emphasizes attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work with I-CAR and ASE certifications.

Qualifications

• At least two years of collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural know-how with ability to pull, straighten and square.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-first attitude and collaboration with other shop staff.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs with precision, no shortcuts.
• Full collision repair from minor to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work to factory specs.
• Quality reassembly with attention to fit and finish.
• Work as a team to move vehicles efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area.
