Qualifications

• Minimum two years turning wrecks into road-ready rides.
• Frame and structural knowledge required for repair work.
• Blueprint it, fix it right the first time with no shortcuts.
• You are detail-driven and committed to precise repairs and finished quality.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and staying fit for the job.
• Team-oriented and ready to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute repairs to factory specifications.
• Full collision repair—from fender benders to frame rebuilds.
• Panel and structural work as needed to restore alignment.
• Quality reassembly and finishing touches that matter.
• Work as a team to move cars efficiently through the shop.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
