Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking candidates for the ASAP - Associate Service Advisor Program in Albuquerque, NM. You will learn to generate accurate repair estimates, educate customers on the repair process and insurance steps, and deliver trusted, one-on-one service throughout the repair journey.

The program runs 7–9 months with training on CYOU and I-CAR, and you will join a team committed to People First and exceptional customer care in a fast-growing collision-repair environment.

Responsibilities

• Optimizing and developing accurate repair estimates to hit profit benchmarks.
• Educating customers on repair process, insurance, rights, safety, and value.
• Providing estimates that support DRP partnerships and KPI goals.
• Finalizing total loss administration.
• Giving personal, trusted service by reviewing repair steps with customers.
• Greeting customers by phone or in person and explaining processes.
