The Repair Vendor Manager role oversees the network of collision repair facilities, ensures quality, compliance, and capacity, and drives performance improvements for clients and policyholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Automotive Management, or a related field required.
• 5+ years in network/vendor management, preferably in insurance or tech.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair processes and OEM certifications preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard collision repair facilities to grow the network.
• Monitor performance and implement improvement initiatives.
• Manage partner relationships and conduct regular business reviews.
• Collaborate with Operations, Client Success, Sales, Product, and Support.
• Travel regularly to visit partners and industry events.
