Hansel Auto Group's Hansel Collision Center in Santa Rosa is seeking a skilled Collision Repair Estimator to join our onsite team. You will write precise estimates in CCC.ONE or Mitchell Connect and guide customers through the repair process with professionalism.

This role requires at least 1 year of estimator experience, strong attention to detail, and teamwork. You’ll work closely with technicians to ensure repairs match estimates, maintain CSI standards, and help deliver a top-tier customer

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum estimator experience preferred.
• Experience with CCC.ONE or Mitchell Connect required.
• Strong CSI score and customer-service focus.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with dealership software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and determine needs to deliver high-quality service.
• Write detailed vehicle repair estimates.
