Job summary

XP Auto Center in San Fernando, CA is looking for a motivated Collision Repair Estimator with DRP experience to join our family-owned shop. This full-time role offers a stable schedule and a path for growth.

You will prepare accurate estimates, manage parts and inventory, liaise with insurance adjusters, and mentor technicians while maintaining compliance and cost-efficiency. This position includes competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in collision repair estimating and DRP coordination.
• Experience with parts ordering, inventory control, and procurement.
• Experience liaising with insurance adjusters and DRP partners.
• Proficient with CCC, Mitchell Connect and Audatex.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance; must be 21+.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for collision repairs, including labor, parts, and materials.
• Manage parts ordering, inventory control, and procurement for timely repairs.
• Liaise with insurance adjusters, DRP partners, and customers to explain estimates and timelines.
• Collaborate with technicians to assess damage and identify parts needs.
• Track parts usage, stock levels, and replacements; ensure proper billing codes.
