You will learn to develop accurate repair estimates, educate customers about the collision repair process, and ensure compliance with DRP partnerships while delivering trusted, personal service.

Responsibilities

• Optimizing and developing accurate repair estimates to meet profit benchmarks.
• Educating customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Providing estimates that support DRP partnerships and KPI goals.
• Finalizing total loss administration.
• Reviewing the repair process with customers to provide trusted service, greeting them by phone or in person.
