Job summary

Quality Collision Group is seeking an experienced, full-time Estimator to join our growing team. An estimator appraises vehicle damage to determine the cost of repair for insurance claim settlements, and communicates with the vehicle owner to understand their concerns and keep them updated throughout the repair process.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of major insurance program protocols and upload estimates/images to meet standards
• Prior experience as an estimator
• I-Car or other industry training history
• Sales skills
• CCC Estimating system
• Good oral and written skills
• Organized and detail oriented
• Knowledge of the automotive repair process
• A valid drivers license

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicles and estimate repair costs
• Work with insurance companies to manage the claims for our customer
• Ensure customer satisfaction with repairs and overall experience
• Reconcile and prepare final invoices matching approved estimate
