Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Preferred: 1 year in an auto body or similar work environment including customer service experience.
• Strong oral and written communication with sales drive.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization docs.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklists and parts lists.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers during repairs.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One accordingly.
• Manage ARMS to reflect vehicles in CCC One.
