Job summary

AutoNation Collision Center in Spring, TX is seeking a Collision Concierge to greet customers, discuss repair options on the service drive or in the sales department, and document repair needs with estimated costs.

You will update customers and associates on repair status, coordinate with the collision center, and ensure compliance with state and federal laws while delivering an exceptional customer experience that drives loyalty and referrals.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with technology.
• Must have a valid in-state driver's license with an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and discussing repair options on the service drive or in the sales department.
• Documenting customer repair needs and estimated costs.
• Seeking customer approval for needed repairs.
• Updating customers and internal Associates regarding repair status of vehicles while working with the collision center.
• Understanding basic parameters of collision repair and insurance programs.
• Working with other Associates on daily planning and release meetings.
• Processing transactions and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Following up with customers to ensure we have met their expectations.
• Building rapport with customers to create a base of referrals.
• Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help customers.
• Ensuring that all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policies.
• Providing exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
