Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Collision Concierge to welcome customers, discuss repair options, document needs, and coordinate with the Collision Center for a seamless service experience.

You’ll build rapport, handle transactions compliantly, and contribute to referrals while gaining product knowledge and partnering with other associates to plan daily work.

Qualifications

• Prior sales or retail experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and discussing repair options on the service drive or in the sales department
• Documenting customer repair needs and estimated costs
• Seeking customer approval for needed repairs
• Updating customers and internal Associates regarding repair status of vehicles while working in partnership with the collision center
• Understanding basic parameters of collision repair and insurance programs (e.g., DRP and non-DRP)
• Working with other Associates on daily planning and release meetings
• Processing transactions and ensuring 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations
• Following up with customers to ensure we have met their expectations
• Building rapport with customers to create a base of referrals
• Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively help customers
• Ensuring that all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policies
• Providing exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty

As a Collision Concierge, you’ll address our AutoNation Dealership customer collision needs and coordinate services with the local AutoNation Collision Center. Our Collision Concierges take great pride in their ability to interact with customers, make a great impression and being a skilled problem-solver. The Collision Concierge position is the starting point for a great career path.

What are the daily job responsibilities?
