Job summary

PPG is seeking a Performance Specialist, East Coast, to guide measurable operational improvements and profitability for assigned PPG CDN customers, MSO accounts, and Strategic PPG Customers. You will collaborate with sales, leadership, and distribution to align service efforts and drive performance-based solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in collision repair, automotive refinish, or related operations.
• Experience with collision center workflows (estimating, production, paint/refinish, cycle time).
• Experience managing main customer relationships with a focus on retention, growth, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary support contact for PPG CDN customers, MSO locations, and Strategic PPG customers.
• Focus on retention, growth, and performance improvement for assigned accounts.
• Engage with customers to understand current operational challenges and opportunities.
• Observe shop workflows and identify constraints to improve productivity and profitability.
• Collaborate with sales, account managers, and distribution to align messaging and support.
• Coordinate and support new installations and upgrades as needed.
• Conduct structured goal and performance reviews with main customers.
• Develop and track action plans tied to customer goals and performance metrics.
• Share insights and success stories with the Collision Performance Manager and broader PPG team.
