Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center in Gilbert, Arizona is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead our parts department at the Gilbert location. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership to source and manage collision repair parts and to keep production moving smoothly.

You will track parts from order to delivery, verify accuracy, manage OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and reconditioned parts, stay on top of backorders, and work closely with estimators, technicians, and production teams to resolve

Qualifications

• Collision repair parts experience required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive and collision parts.
• Experience in a busy body shop environment.
• Ability to manage high-volume repair orders.
• Strong vendor communication and problem solving.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
• Collision management system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order and source collision repair parts.
• Track parts from order to vehicle delivery.
• Verify incoming parts for accuracy and damage.
• Identify missing or incorrect parts before production disruption.
• Manage OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and reconditioned parts.
• Stay on top of backorders and vendor delays.
• Handle returns, credits, invoices, and warranty issues.
• Work directly with estimators, technicians, and production.
• Maintain an organized, accountable parts department.
• Find solutions quickly when parts issues arise.
