Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Parts Coordinator in Scottsdale, AZ to manage parts ordering, verify deliveries, and support body technicians across our rapid-growth MSO network. The role requires parts experience, strong ordering and invoicing skills, and familiarity with CCC One.

Qualifications

Experience in a parts capacity in the automotive industry.
Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders.
Proficient knowledge and use of estimating software.

Responsibilities

Manage and complete all parts ordering based on initial estimates and supplements.
Monitor deliveries and update Repair Planner.
Receive and mirror match delivered parts to repair orders.
Inspect parts for damage upon delivery within two hours of expected drop off.
Return incorrect parts immediately to the vendor.
Drive parts related KPIs and discuss optimization with General Manager.
Coordinate parts invoicing in CCC One.
Support Body Technicians with parts knowledge.
Lead Parts Team (if applicable).
