Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead the parts department and keep production moving in a fast-paced shop.

You will source collision repair parts, manage backorders, and collaborate with estimators and technicians to ensure timely parts delivery and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Collision parts experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive and collision parts.
• Experience in a busy body shop environment.
• Ability to manage a high volume of repair orders.
• Strong vendor communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Order and source collision repair parts.
• Track parts from initial order through vehicle delivery.
• Verify incoming parts for accuracy and damage.
• Identify incorrect or missing parts before production disruption.
• Manage OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and reconditioned parts.
• Stay on top of backorders and vendor delays.
• Handle returns, credits, invoices, and warranty issues.
• Work with estimators, technicians, and production.
• Find solutions quickly when parts issues arise.

What You'll Own

• Order and source collision repair parts
• Track parts from initial order through vehicle delivery
