Diehl Collision of Washington in Washington, PA is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead daily collision center parts operations, including ordering, receiving, organizing, and distributing parts for repairs.

The ideal candidate will manage OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and specialty parts, verify part numbers and pricing, coordinate with estimators and technicians, and build strong vendor relationships to improve accuracy and cycle time.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts management within a collision repair environment.
• Knowledge of OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and specialty parts.
• Ability to read and interpret collision repair estimates.
• Strong inventory management skills.
• Experience working with automotive parts vendors and suppliers.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the ordering, receiving, tracking, organization, and distribution of parts for the collision repair process.
• Source OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and specialty parts as required.
• Verify part numbers, pricing, availability, and estimated delivery dates.
• Coordinate parts orders with collision repair estimates and technicians.
• Maintain accurate parts records and documentation; monitor returns and credits.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor and supplier relationships.
