Responsibilities

• Source and order collision repair parts accurately and efficiently.
• Manage inventory, returns, credits, and vendor relationships.
• Verify parts upon arrival and ensure accuracy against repair plans.
• Work closely with estimators and technicians to keep production moving.
• Track parts status and proactively address backorders or delays.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department.
• Coordinate supplements and additional parts needs during repairs.
• Help improve cycle time by keeping vehicles moving through production.
