Crash Champions in Katy, TX, is seeking a Parts Specialist to manage parts ordering, deliveries, and part verification to keep repair work flowing smoothly. You will work closely with Repair Planners and Body Technicians, ensuring accurate parts availability and timely updates.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and experience in automotive parts with proficiency in CCC One or estimating software.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and legal work authorization.
• Experience in an automotive parts capacity.
• Ability to read and understand instructions and work orders.
• Proficient use of estimating software.

Aufgaben

• Manage and complete all parts ordering based on estimates and supplements.
• Track parts deliveries and update the Repair Planner.
• Receive and mirror match parts to repair orders.
• Inspect delivered parts for damage within two hours of expected drop off.
• Return incorrect parts to vendor immediately.
• Monitor parts margin, credits, inventory and spend; report to General Manager as needed.
• Post parts invoices daily in CCC One.
• Provide parts knowledge and reference materials to Technicians.
• Mentor and direct the Parts Assistant when applicable.
