Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an experienced Parts Manager to lead the parts department and keep production moving in our busy collision center.

You will source collision repair parts, verify accuracy, manage backorders, and collaborate with estimators, technicians, and vendors to get the right parts at the right time.

Qualifications

• Collision repair parts experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive and collision parts.
• Experience in a busy body shop environment.
• Ability to manage a high volume of repair orders.
• Strong vendor communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organization and follow-through.
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
• Collision management system experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order and source collision repair parts.
• Track parts from initial order through vehicle delivery.
• Verify incoming parts immediately for accuracy and damage.
• Identify incorrect or missing parts before they disrupt production.
• Manage OEM, aftermarket, recycled, and reconditioned parts.
• Stay on top of backorders and vendor delays.
• Handle returns, credits, invoices, and warranty issues.
• Work directly with estimators, technicians, and production.
• Find solutions quickly when parts issues arise.
