Job summary

VIVE Collision is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage procurement, receiving, organization, and control of parts for collision repairs. You will work with managers and technicians to keep parts available, accurate, and on schedule.

The role requires dispatcher‑level coordination, strong vendor relations, and familiarity with CCC ONE. Candidates should multi‑task, ensure accuracy, and support profitability through efficient parts handling.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory MVR.
• Experience in a collision repair parts department is required.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and OEM repair procedures.
• Experience with CCC ONE estimating and management software is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, inventory, and purchasing processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to read and interpret repair estimates and parts documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, receiving, organization and management of all parts for the collision repair process.
• Collaborate with GM, Estimators, Production Manager and Technicians to resolve part issues.
• Monitor parts availability and communicate delivery schedules and delays.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update status in the shop management system.
• Build strong vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality service.
• Drive to pick up, transport and deliver parts when needed.
