• I-Car Registered (working toward Gold Class certification).

Responsibilities

• Ensure WOW plan is consistently executed.
• Communicate customer requests to the team.
• Order and receive parts; verify quality and quantity for repairs.
• Distribute parts to shop per production schedule.
• Enter invoices into the MIS system.
