Job summary

Caliber Collision is hiring a Collision General Manager in Mechanicsburg, PA. You will oversee the center's operations, risk management, teammate development, and production while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability aligned with SOPs and industry standards.

You will recruit and develop staff, monitor financial performance, review monthly metrics, and drive customer satisfaction, throughput, and compliance across the shop.

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of collision estimatics.
• Prior experience with CCC1 and repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration.
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates; monitor financial performance metrics and identify opportunities.
