Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision General Manager at our Altamonte Springs service center to lead daily operations, risk management, and teammate development. You will drive client metrics, production, and administration while upholding SOPs and insurer guidelines to repair vehicles safely and profitably.

The role requires 3+ years of collision management experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to recruit, recognize, and retain top talent within a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Recruit, recognize and retain talented teammates and monitor financial performance metrics.
• Review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends and ensure repair work is thorough, safe and profitable per SOPs.
