Job summary

The Boyd Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Rockledge, FL to deliver exceptional administrative support for the Repair Facility Team. You will manage relationships with customers and insurers, schedule repairs, and coordinate rental and documentation.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, at least one year in a similar role, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced shop environment. Bonus opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in a similar role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or similar environment including previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute WOW plan consistently.
• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and proper scripting.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorization documents for disassembly.
• Prepare RO work packets with QC checklist, parts list and windshield tag.
• Record all communications with customers or insurers in CCC One.
• Confirm rental information and update CCC One with usage; manage ARMS to track vehicles.
