Job summary

Crash Champions in Kansas is seeking an experienced vehicle estimator to educate customers on repair and insurance processes, generate initial and full estimates, and manage repairs from start to finish. You will ensure quality by in-process QC and keep customers informed throughout the repair journey.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and proficiency with CCC One and Audatex.

Qualifications

• Experience in vehicle repair estimation and insurance procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates and communicate with customers.
• Familiarity with major estimating systems and industry partners.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair and insurance process.
• Complete initial estimates for vehicles in the shop.
• Write full estimates after damage evaluation and disassembly.
• Lock final estimates and manage each repair throughout the process.
• Perform in-process QC to meet quality standards.
• Keep customers informed about repair status.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians.
• Complete post-scanning steps for each vehicle.
• Pre-close the final repair order and handle paperwork.
• Address exceptions and carrier-specific requirements.
