Job summary

Caliber Collision, Service Center Zionsville, is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, processing vehicle intake, and finalizing invoices prior to delivery.

The role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License, and proficiency with CCC1 or similar estimating software.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan communication including vehicle status updates to customers.
