Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform all duties including writing estimates, reviewing processes, and preparing final paperwork for delivery. You will also finalize total loss administration and clearly communicate post-repair plans to customers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and the MVPD license. Strong knowledge of repair procedures and CCC1 is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and eligible for company insurance.
• Must possess Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write collision estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
• Provide vehicle status updates to customers while adhering to safety rules.
