You will handle DRP, final invoices, and post-repair communications with customers, ensuring safety standards and company guidelines are followed.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, a valid license, and strong sales orientation to support customer interactions and repairs. Career growth opportunities exist.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery.
• Finalize total loss administration and post-repair plan communication with customers.
