Job summary

Crash Champions is hiring for an estimator role responsible for guiding customers through the repair process, coordinating with insurers, and producing accurate estimates. You will manage each repair from intake to final QC, ensuring our quality standards are met and customers remain informed.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, organization, and familiarity with CCC One or Mitchell & Audatex, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required.
• Strong organization and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of insurance partners preferred.
• Experience with estimating systems such as CCC One and Mitchell & Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process and insurance procedures.
• Complete initial estimates and final estimates after evaluation.
• Manage repairs and ensure quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed about vehicle status and experiences.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning steps.
• Pre-close final repair orders and manage disbursement paperwork.
