Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to educate customers on the repair process and insurance steps, prepare and finalize repair estimates, and oversee each repair with strict quality checks. You will keep customers informed throughout the process and ensure compliance with carrier requirements.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills demonstrated in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities with good time management.
• Knowledge of dealing with insurance partners preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Familiar with estimating systems: CCC One, Mitchell, Audatex.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on repair process, insurance procedures, and rights.
• Complete initial estimates, finalize after disassembly and damage evaluation.
• Manage repairs and ensure quality standards with in-process QC.
• Keep customers informed and provide excellent service.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and post-scan.
• Pre-close final repair order, handle paperwork, meet carrier requirements.
