Job summary

Caliber Collision - Frisco Downtown is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, conduct process reviews, and handle customer communications from intake to final invoicing. The role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience and a valid driver’s license with MVPD licensing eligibility.

You’ll work in a fast-paced shop environment with strong sales orientation and opportunities for skill certifications, insurance processing, and career growth within Caliber’s network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Input final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery.
• Provide status updates to customers and coordinate with DRP and final invoicing.
