Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimate writing, process reviews, vehicle check‑ins, and final paperwork, including DRP and total loss administration. You will communicate status updates to customers while upholding safety rules and company standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write automotive repair estimates for collision damage.
• Review processes and finalize customer paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Check in customer vehicles and provide status updates to customers.
• Finalize total loss administration and communications.
• Provide post-repair communication and status updates to customers while complying with safety rules.
