Job summary

Caliber Collision's Service Center Frisco - Downtown is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, check in customer vehicles and finalize paperwork prior to delivery. You will handle DRP, final invoices and total loss administration while communicating post-repair status to customers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and an MVPD license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for vehicles and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration.
• Provide post repair plan communication including all vehicle status updates to customers.
