Job summary

Caliber Collision in Frisco, TX is hiring a Collision Estimator to write estimates, review processes, and manage customer vehicles from intake to final paperwork, DRP invoices, and post-repair communications.

The role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver's license and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License; CCC1 or similar software experience is preferred, with strong sales orientation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write collision estimates and conduct process reviews
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final customer paperwork (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair plan updates to customers
