Job summary

Caliber Collision in McKinney, TX is seeking a Collision Estimator to write repair estimates, conduct process reviews, check in customer vehicles, and finalize paperwork prior to delivery. The role requires 2+ years estimating experience, a valid driver's license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License; CCC1 or similar estimating software experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collisions and total loss repairs.
• Conduct process reviews and ensure accuracy of repair plans.
• Check in customer vehicles and document status updates.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalise total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
