Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at the Service Center in Frisco Express. The role involves writing estimates, processing customer vehicles, and ensuring accurate final paperwork for delivery. You will manage total loss administration and provide post-repair updates with adherence to safety rules.

Candidates should have 2+ years in collision estimating, a valid driver’s license, and a Mobile Vehicle Appraisers license. Training and career growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for company insurance coverage
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and finalize paperwork prior to delivery.
• Complete DRP and final invoice processes.
• Finalize total loss administration and communicate post-repair plans to customers.
