Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Collision Estimator at our Service Center Portland - St Johns. You will write estimates, review processes, and check in customer vehicles while delivering clear post-repair communications to customers and ensuring paperwork and final invoices are completed accurately.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years estimating experience, possess a valid driver's license and a Motor Vehicle PD Appraisers License, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong sales

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Ability to perform physical activity and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Writing estimates
• Conducting process reviews
• Checking in customer vehicles
• Completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice)
• Finalizing total loss administration
• Providing post repair plan communication with customers and vehicle status updates.
