Job summary

Caliber Collision in Mount Vernon is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, and completing final paperwork prior to delivery.

You will finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers while complying with Caliber safety rules and standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write collision estimates and perform process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and manage documentation.
• Complete final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
