Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision Estimator to perform all-purpose duties, including writing estimates, processing vehicle intake, completing final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice), finalizing total loss administration and providing post repair plan communication with vehicle status updates to customers.

The role requires 2+ years of collision estimating experience; a valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License are

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork.
• Finalize total loss administration and DRP processes.
• Provide post-repair plan communication and vehicle status updates to customers.
• Adhere to Caliber safety rules and company standards.
