Qualifications include strong customer service, organization, insurance knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with familiarity of CCC One, Mitchell, and Audatex beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on the repair process, insurance procedures, rights, techniques, safety, and value.
• Completes initial estimates, writes full estimates after evaluation, and locks final estimates.
• Manages each repair and ensures quality standards through in-process QC.
• Keeps customers informed and provides the best possible experience.
• Review data procedures with Body Technicians and complete post-scanning for each vehicle.
• Pre-close repair orders, handle paperwork, address exceptions and carrier requirements.
