Job summary

Caliber Collision in Greenville, TX is seeking a Collision Estimator to write estimates, conduct process reviews, check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery. The role drives total loss administration and provides post-repair status updates to customers while maintaining Caliber safety standards.

Candidates should have 2+ years of collision estimating experience, a valid driver’s license, and a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates for collision repairs and process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and prepare final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalise total loss administration and provide post-repair status updates to customers.
• Ensure compliance with Caliber safety rules and company standards.
