Caliber Collision in Magnolia, TX is seeking a Collision Estimator to perform estimating, process reviews, vehicle check-ins and final customer paperwork prior to delivery, including DRP and final invoices. The role also handles total loss administration and communicates post-repair status to customers while adhering to Caliber safety and standards.

Responsibilities emphasize customer service, accurate estimates, and collaboration with the shop team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License.

Responsibilities

• Write estimates and conduct process reviews.
• Check in customer vehicles and complete final paperwork prior to delivery (DRP, final invoice).
• Finalize total loss administration and provide post repair plan updates to customers.
